Raindrops keep fallin' on my head
The rain just doesn't seem to want to end. Yeah, as the pic suggests, no matter how good you look when you leave the house, as soon as you get out there you're gonna get drenched. Hot and humid- just the way I likes it...the way I like having a jar drop onto my toe. Or gettng calls from telemarketers when I'm sleeping.

It's raining it's pouring...
It's been pouring meows and woofs past few days and it doesn't seem to wanna stop. I've hardly stepped out of the house, which is sorta good cos I'm in my element being the bum that I am plus I am not tempted to spend money (which is what I tend to do while outside). Win- win really. Now if I get paid to sit around I'd be set. Muahahahah

OMG
While looking at the set below I was thinking to myself, " I would wear this if I were going to a ball or were a vampire". Then it hit me to talk about this. How could I forget to talk about this already? The official poster came out a few days ago for New Moon movie and Rob Pattz confirmed there's gonna be a 4th movie for the final book! I. CANNOT. WAIT. He wont' be in this movie as much as I'd like as it's mostly about Jacob and Bella (damn it). Yes, talking about the Twilight Saga has made me become a teenager again. But Edward is so perfect I can't help it... I'm waiting for my Edward to come along still.

"Nobody knows who you are so shut up!"
Betty White is just darling. Esp when she flipped Ryan the bird. Haven't seen Sandra in a while and Ryan is always a good eye-candy and he's great in comedies. This could be good!
Girls Night Out
I'm in a clubbing mood again. I think the process of getting dolled up is more entertaining to me most of the time than actually being at the club. That being said, I do enjoy dancing to a great song with my buddies.

And we did it!
Yes! We saw it today and we get why it was completely sold out. It was a good movie! I think it was even better than the first one. It was 2.5 hours long I think but it was pretty damn gripping. No one in the cinema made any noise (cos they were so engrossed in it), I even felt bad for the sound I made munching on my caramel popcorn. Ewan McGregor's character got me man, he got me good...overall, 2 thumbs up :)
p.s. For those playing at home- Yes, I did preorder the tix online

FYI...
I might keep updating with different sets like below so any feedback/comments you have would be much appreciated- postive or negative. Would love to hear what you think! Don't worry, fart jokes/ toilet humour a-plenty.

Darn online booking
I wish I could be doing another one of my awesome movie review but sorry to disappoint my loyal fans *snicker*, I have not had the privilege to watch the film. I had set out to watch this film a few hours back after a nice dinner with my buddy. Ususally when I go watch a movie I preorder the tickets online first. Hence, I suggested the night before to book tix online but since booking online means we'll cop a surcharge, my buddy suggested we buy the tix on the spot.
So at the end after stuffing ourselves and checking with different cinemas around town to see whether we could still get tickets, we gave up and went drinking. Yes. Who knew this film would be so popular?! *cue eye roll*
Our plan now is to go next tuesday (cheapo tix all day); during day time when productive memebers of the society are at work. Heck, I might even suggest booking online again.

Face value
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder... or is it? Apparently we can now be judged by yet another software that gives our facial features a numerical value. But please try to approach this with skepticism. Don't go thinking you need to go under the knife, a shot of botox or whatever just cos a software deemed you're a certain score... afterall, I think it's just for a bit of fun.

Matthew Williamson for H&M
This collection (more items on the website) came out today and I believe would be gone in a matter of a few hours. No, I won't be going to see what the fuss is about as I can't really see myself wearing the pieces. Or fighting with others over the correct size. People turn real nasty during sales and at times like this.

Vibrating mascaras
I have yet to try one of these new mascara gadgets simply because I find the whole concept quite gimmick-y and may just produce similar effects to a regular mascara. Maybelline is going to launch a version of this in July in the States- Define-A-Lash Pulse Perfection- which is targeted towards a wider audience since it's to be priced a third of the other ones are charging.

Costume jewelry that costs an arm and a leg
... for me anyway. Not that I can afford to get them but they are so pretty. Usually I hate logos that are in your face plastered all over something, maybe I'm biased, but out of all the luxury brands I like Chanel the best. Even the logo, though prominent, somehow manages to look classy. I once saw a guy in the metro- cap put on backwards, loose baggy jeans, big hooded sweater and a Chanel earring on the left ear (the interlaced CC logo). I saw him in a different light. I was slightly impressed and very confused. I just didn't know what to make of it... I mean the dude was going for the 'gangsta' look but the Chanel earring just didn't go with the rest of him. And why Chanel? Correct me if I'm wrong but I didn't know it's a popular men's jewelry choice is all.
